PROVEAiBLE is an AI intake assistant for legal aid organisations. Clients tell their story in their own language, at their own pace — and your caseworker opens a structured case file before the first appointment, instead of spending it gathering facts. No new system to log into. Built for the budgets you actually have.
Watch one intake play out, start to finish — then see the redaction and the files it produced. Amara is a Nigerian asylum seeker with a Home Office interview three weeks away. Every name and reference is fictional.
The redaction it ran, and the files that reached the caseworker.

The same Home Office form, before and after. Her name, address, date of birth, Home Office reference and NASS number are stripped out before the file reaches your team — no one has to redact a thing by hand.
Real output from a single test intake. Tap any document to open it.
The original documents are never stored. Once the redacted file is delivered, the case data is permanently deleted.
It sits on your existing website. The client talks to it; your caseworker gets the file. That's the whole change.
On your website, in their own words, in any of 60+ languages — no forms, no jargon. At 11pm, in a refuge, on a phone. Talking is enough; documents are optional.
Names, addresses and identifiers are removed before your caseworker ever sees the file — and the client gets a plain-language summary of what they shared.
A structured case file lands in your inbox — facts, timeline, parties, what's urgent and what's missing. The first appointment starts with advice, not extraction.
Your caseworkers stop spending mornings on a blind queue. The work that used to fill the first appointment is already done — scored, structured, and waiting in the inbox they already use.
Set your criteria once — means tests, the matter types you take, urgency triggers. Every enquiry arrives scored and triaged: who's eligible, who's urgent, who to refer. No more triaging a blind queue.
Facts, timeline, parties, urgency flags and missing documents — scannable in under a minute.
A full intake — documents read, redacted, case file built — on your own AI account. Never marked up.
Current-lawyer and opposing-party details captured up front for your conflict check — never sent to the AI.
API conflict-check integration — coming soonCan't take a matter? The structured file goes out with the referral — the next centre doesn't start from scratch.
We configure your matter types, redaction profiles and catchment, then hand it over — ready for your team to test within 48 hours of setup.
Embedded on your existing site — no portal, no migration, no IT project. The file lands in the inbox your team already uses.
Frightened, displaced, exhausted people get to explain what happened calmly, in their own language, at their own pace — so the story arrives complete, and your caseworker isn't the one chasing it.
The client intakes in their own language; your caseworker reads the file in English. You can take someone in without booking an interpreter just to find out what they need.
Plain questions, one at a time. No jargon, no blank fields to stare at. Documents are optional — talking is enough.
At 11pm, on a phone, between shifts — whenever they can. The work happens before your team's day even starts.
The client gets a plain-language summary of what they shared and what happens next — no jargon, no legal advice. They leave knowing they were heard.
Telling the worst moments of your life is exhausting. They can stop, get a private link, and pick up where they left off.
Two kinds of protection, built in from the start: the data privacy your obligations demand, and the physical safety your most vulnerable clients need. Neither is an add-on.
Personal details are removed before any model is called, and nothing is kept afterwards. You stay the data controller throughout.
data_collection: deny. For organisations serving domestic violence survivors and other clients at risk, we configure additional safety measures with you during setup.
Available on request and configured to your safeguarding policy — not on by default. Tell us your requirements and we build to them.
Legal aid budgets are tight and we built the pricing to respect that. You pay your AI provider directly for usage — we never sit in the middle of it.
Need something else? Additional practice areas are available as custom configuration — scoped and priced separately. Each one is built, tested and validated with your team before going live. Tell us what your centre handles and we’ll scope it with you.
No per-seat games, no per-intake fees, no surprise invoice — one flat monthly fee, plus the one-time setup we do with you.
Three practice areas are tested, validated and included in every setup — each with questions, redaction and handling tuned to the matter. Here's what the client actually sees:
Unpaid wages, dismissal, underpayment — the fiddly facts caseworkers usually chase arrive structured: dates, amounts, employers, ready to act on.
Sensitive matters handled with care — gentle questioning, the client controls what they share, and details are redacted before your team ever sees them.
Tuned to claims, screening and substantive interviews — Home Office and case references redacted, intake in the client’s first language.
Need something else? Additional practice areas are available as custom configuration — scoped and priced separately, and built, tested and validated with your team before they go live. Tell us your jurisdictions, languages and safeguarding requirements and we build to them.
How AI intake works for community legal centres & legal aid →
No. A client can complete the whole intake just by talking — which matters for people who are frightened, displaced, or don't have their paperwork. If they do have documents, they can add them and the details are pulled into the file; if they don't, the conversation is enough.
Two things, kept separate. Your subscription to us — a flat €199/month plus a one-time €2,500 setup. Employment, Discrimination & Sexual Harassment and Immigration & Asylum are included in that setup; other practice areas are scoped and priced separately. And AI usage, billed by your own provider (Claude or ChatGPT) directly — we never mark it up. To give you a real number: the asylum intake in the demo above — three documents read and redacted, a full case file and a client summary produced — cost about €1 on Sonnet 4.6. That breaks down as reading and redacting the documents, analysing them for evidence and gaps, researching the law that applies, and writing the case file and the client's summary. A chat-only intake with no documents is a fraction of that. No per-seat licence, no per-intake charge, no enterprise contract.
Let's be straight about the two costs. The ongoing cost is deliberately small — a flat €199/month, running on your own AI account at about €1 an intake. The one-time setup fee covers the hands-on build we do with you: configuring your matter types, redaction profiles and catchment so it works for your centre from day one — there's nothing to host, no system to maintain, and no per-seat licence. And if the setup fee is genuinely a barrier for your service, tell us — we'd rather find a way than turn away a centre that needs this.
60+ languages. The client intakes in their own language and your caseworker reads the file in English — so you can take someone in without an interpreter at first contact. It runs on Claude and ChatGPT models.
It's hands-on from our side. We build it, brand it, tune the questions to your practice areas, and connect it to your inbox — you approve it before it goes live. You don't install anything.
No — deliberately. It gathers and structures the facts so your caseworker opens a prepared file instead of a blank page. It never advises, never opines, and never replaces your team's judgement. The advice is always yours.
Tell us your biggest intake challenge and we'll show you how it would work for your centre — no pressure, no sales sequence, just a straight conversation.
