We Don't Collect Your Case Data

ProveAIble is desktop software that runs on your computer. We don't have servers storing your case data, evidence, or documents. Your data stays on your computer.

What We Know About You

Purchase Information Only:

• First name
• Email address
• Country, state, and city (for tax purposes and regional compliance)
• Transaction ID from our payment processor

What We DON'T Have:

• Your documents
• Your case information
• Your evidence files
• Usage statistics
• Any personal data beyond email

Desktop Software Privacy

Your Software:

• Runs locally on your computer
• Saves all case data to your local drive
• Never connects to our servers for case data
• Works offline for core features
• No telemetry or tracking

AI Analysis Privacy

When you use AI analysis features:

• Document text is sent to the AI provider through your own account — we never see your documents or your usage
• You can redact sensitive personal details before documents are sent for AI analysis
• AI analysis results are returned to and stored only on your computer
• We do not see, store, or have access to your document content or AI analysis results

Third-Party Services

Payment Processor: Handles all payments. Their privacy policy applies to transactions. We don't see credit card details.

AI Providers: ProveAIble uses advanced AI models for document analysis. You connect AI access through your own account during setup, so document text goes directly from your computer to the AI provider under their privacy policy. We never see your documents, your usage, or your AI analysis results.

Google Drive (Optional): If you choose to back up to your own Google Drive, Google's privacy policy applies. We never access your Drive.

Data Security

Since we don't collect your case data, we can't lose it. Your information is as secure as your computer.

Law Enforcement

We can only provide what we have: payment transaction records and email addresses. We have no access to your case data, documents, or evidence.

Software Updates

Software may check for version updates. This only compares version numbers — no personal data is transmitted.
