But the letter said "sustained underperformance" — isn't that just their position?
It's their position — but their own Q4 review says the opposite, in writing, signed by the same manager who issued the letter (Daniel Cross). For an unfair-dismissal claim, an inconsistency between the stated grounds and the contemporaneous record is the kind of thing an Employment Tribunal looks at closely. I've flagged this as a high-strength contradiction.
