We offer a full refund within 14 days, available to all customers worldwide. This applies to PROVEAiBLE Intake and PROVEAiBLE Desktop subscriptions. See Section 3 for the specific start of the 14-day window for each product.
PROVEAiBLE Intake. The 14-day money-back window begins on the date of the first charge and applies to the monthly subscription only. There is no free trial for Intake.
Founding setup fee. The one-time founding setup fee covers the configuration, branding, and deployment work performed for your firm. Once setup work has commenced, this fee is non-refundable. The 14-day money-back guarantee applies to the monthly subscription only, not to the setup fee.
PROVEAiBLE Desktop. The 14-day money-back window begins on the date of the first charge, which is day 7 of the free trial. In practice, refund requests must be submitted within 21 days of starting the trial (7 trial days + 14 refund days).
PROVEAiBLE uses a Bring Your Own Key model. API usage is billed directly to you by your chosen AI provider (Anthropic, OpenAI, or Google). PROVEAiBLE does not collect or process payments for AI usage. API charges from your AI provider are not refundable through us.
Email support@proveaible.com from the address on your subscription within the applicable 14-day window. We confirm and process the refund within 5 business days to the original payment method.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your Whop account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period; no further charges are made.
Cancellation alone does not constitute a refund request — you must email us within the applicable 14-day window to claim the money-back guarantee.
PROVEAiBLE Intake subscriptions auto-renew monthly. Desktop subscriptions auto-renew annually. A renewal reminder is sent by email 14 days before each renewal.
