AI legal intake · for law firms

Every lead qualified.
Before the first call.

One conversation interviews every prospect, scores the lead against your criteria, redacts identifiers before the case-analysis model sees them, and files a structured matter to your inbox — 24/7, in 60+ languages.

The finished file lands in your inbox, the client keeps a plain-language copy, and every source document arrives redacted. Open any of them and read it.

The intake gap

The leads are already there.
The intake is where they’re lost.

100 people need a lawyer this month.

They’re already searching, calling and emailing. The demand was never the problem — reaching all of it is.

48 can’t even reach you by phone.

Nearly half of firms can’t be reached on the first call. The enquiry doesn’t wait — it moves on.

Clio Legal Trends — 500-firm secret-shopper study

Another 26 email, and never hear back.

Roughly a quarter of online enquiries are never answered at all — many arrive after hours, or in a language nobody at the desk speaks.

Hennessey Digital · 1,333 firms · Ruby Receptionists

The rest? They call the next firm on the list.

78% hire the first firm that responds. 80% who hit voicemail never call back. Only the fastest survive the wait.

MIT / InsideSales · Moneypenny / RingCentral · FindLaw

PROVEAiBLE answers all 100.

Every enquiry — 24/7, in 60+ languages — interviewed, scored against your criteria, redacted and filed to your inbox before the first call. Nothing drains out while no one’s at the desk.

How it works

Four steps, and you open a finished file.

No forms for the client, no re-keying for your team, no data-entry to redo. Just a matter someone has already read.

Step 01

The client talks

They describe the matter in their own words — any hour, any device, in 60+ languages. No fields, no jargon.

Step 02

Captured & scored

Every fact becomes structured data as they speak, and the lead is scored against your criteria — so you know who to call first.

Step 03

Redacted & reviewed

Personal identifiers are replaced with role tags before the case-analysis model sees them, and the client reviews exactly what's hidden before it's sent.

Step 04

Delivered

A structured matter file lands in your inbox; the client keeps a plain-language copy. Nothing kept long-term.

The client's experience

Easier for the person on the other side.

The people who reach you are often having one of the worst days of their lives. The intake meets them gently — and more of them finish it, so more of the matters you want reach you.

Talking, not a form.

Plain questions, one at a time. No jargon, no blank fields to stare at. Documents are optional — talking is enough.

The client confirms first

Nothing reaches your team until the client confirms it.

The intake captures every statement the client makes, then shows them a plain-language summary of it — which they read, edit if anything’s wrong, and confirm before it’s sent to your firm. What your team opens is confirmed by the client, not an AI’s best guess.

  • The client reviews the whole summary in their own words.
  • They can correct or add anything before it goes to your team.
  • Your firm opens a client-verified matter — fewer follow-up calls to fix details.
What it feels like

The matter arrives where you already work — already read.

No portal to log into, no new tool for your team to learn. The prepared file lands in your inbox, and you walk into the first meeting ready to talk strategy.

A lawyer meeting a client across a table, the case file already prepared
Walk in with the file already done

The first meeting is for strategy, not data entry.

Documents, parties, timeline and the contradictions worth raising — sorted before they sit down. You spend the hour on the case, not the intake form.

What it does

More than a form. It qualifies the matter.

Six capabilities do the work of a first intake call. Open any one for the full walkthrough.

Make it yours

Your firm’s name on every word.

Clients should feel like they’re talking to your firm — because they are. Pick a look that fits, or tell us your brand and we build it. Either way it’s live before you launch.

White-glove founding setup

We build your intake with you.

A branded widget is the easy part. The value is the configuration — and for founding firms we do it with you, by hand. Not a template dropped in your lap; an intake tuned to the work you actually take, built before a single client sees it.

  • We write the intake questions for every matter type you take — PI, family, immigration, employment
  • We tune lead scoring to the cases you actually want — Strong fit, Worth a look or Triage — so every matter arrives flagged
  • We set the tone and reading level for the clients you serve
  • We map the redaction profile to your jurisdiction — which fields are mandatory, which optional
  • We wire routing so the right lawyer opens the right matter

One intake, tuned to your practice area.

The questions, the redaction profile and the matter file adapt to the matter type — tuned to any practice area your firm runs, not just the few below. A few examples:

Personal injury

Liability, injuries and the insurer’s position — captured while it’s fresh, scored on strength, and the one thing that quietly sinks a claim already flagged.

Privacy by architecture

Nothing sits in a pile waiting to be subpoenaed.

In May 2025, a US federal court ordered OpenAI to preserve every ChatGPT conversation — including the ones users had deleted. By late 2025 it was ordered to hand 20 million of those logs to opposing lawyers. U.S. District Court, S.D.N.Y. — New York Times v. OpenAI

That’s the risk of letting a client pour their case into a consumer chatbot: the data is retained, and it can be subpoenaed. PROVEAiBLE is built the opposite way — the AI never sees who your client is, and case data is deleted the moment it’s delivered to you.

Built so the AI never sees who the client is

Redaction is the default, not a setting.

The identity is stripped before the reasoning starts, and the client stays in control of their own data.

Pricing

You only pay for intakes we finish.

Completed intakes a month
intakes / month
Your bill
€300 / month

Your cost per client drops as you grow. €99 / month minimum.

The AI runs on your firm's own key (BYOK), so AI usage is billed directly by your provider and never marked up by us. Expect roughly US$1–$2 per completed intake — approximate, priced in USD by the AI APIs, and higher for longer conversations or when more documents are read than for a chat-only intake.

Enquiries your own fields and requirements filter out never count — if a matter doesn't meet the qualifying criteria you set, it's declined automatically and never billed. You pay only for completed, qualifying intakes.

*Installation not included — scoped on a call. Bring your own AI key — the price above is our fee; AI usage is billed by your own provider, never through us.

Questions

What firms ask before they start.

How does the intake actually work?

A client answers a few questions in their own words and adds any documents. Personal identifiers in those documents are replaced with role tags before the case-analysis model builds the file, and the client reviews exactly what is hidden first. You receive a lead-scored, structured matter file — summary, key facts, chronology, contradictions, and the documents still missing — in your inbox before the first call.

What does it cost?

€99/month minimum, then you only pay for the intakes we actually complete — €10 each for the first 40 in a month, €8 for 41–100, and €6 above that (graduated, like tax brackets). Leads we filter out don't bill, and there are no per-lawyer fees, ever. Installation is scoped on a call. Bring your own AI key — AI usage is billed by your own provider, never through us. Cancel anytime.

How is client data protected?

Personal identifiers in your documents are replaced with role tags on our secure server before the case-analysis model builds your case file, and the client reviews what's hidden first. Completed intakes are deleted on delivery; incomplete sessions are purged within 90 days. Nothing is kept long-term, and it runs on your firm's own AI account.

What languages does it support?

60+ languages. The client chats in their own language and the finished matter file lands in yours — immigration and multilingual practices especially.

Does it work with my case management system?

Every completed matter is delivered to your inbox today. We've signed an API partnership with Smokeball (AU), and a native Clio integration is in discussion.

How long does setup take, and can I cancel?

Setup is founder-led and scoped with you on a quick call — your branding, practice-area questions and delivery configured for you before it goes live. You can cancel anytime, with no lock-in.

Try it free for your practice area.

I'll send you a private demo tuned to how you run intake — PI, immigration, family, whatever you handle. Free, no card, no call.

Got it — your demo is on its way. I'll email you a private link shortly. — Andrew
