Why this exists

I built PROVEAiBLE because I’ve been the client.

I’ve sat across from lawyers while the clock ran and I tried to remember dates, find documents and explain what happened — starting from nothing every single time. By the time we got to strategy, the appointment was over.

PROVEAiBLE is AI client intake for law firms and community legal centres.

The short version

How I got here.

1
I’ve been the client.

Remembering dates, hunting for documents, explaining what happened from scratch every time. The preparation was on me — and I wasn’t equipped for it.

2
I learned what it costs.

By the time we reached strategy, the appointment was over. I know what it takes out of you to relive the worst of it for a stranger taking notes.

3
So I built the appointment I wanted.

Now people document their story properly — calmly, in their own language, with AI guiding them through what matters. It reaches the caseworker or lawyer structured and complete, so the first appointment starts with strategy, not extraction.

A note from the founder

“That’s what I wanted when I needed help. It’s what every client deserves.”

I know what it costs to lose your story in the process. The stress of not knowing whether you’ve remembered the right things. The exhaustion of retelling the worst moments of your life to someone with a notepad and fifteen minutes.

PROVEAiBLE exists so that doesn’t happen. People document their story properly — calmly, in their own language, with AI guiding them through what matters. It arrives at the caseworker or lawyer structured and complete. The first appointment starts with strategy, not extraction.

It’s what every client deserves.

— Andrew Aitken, founder, PROVEAiBLE

The principle

AI should enhance, not replace.

It never gives advice and never stands in for a qualified person — it does the gathering, so lawyers and caseworkers spend their time on the work only they can do.

The first appointment should start with strategy.

See what your clients would walk through — then bring it to your firm or centre.

Built by someone who has been the stressed client.
